I used the Britannica Online to do research on my AIDS topic. I used the Seattle Community College library to access the Britannica. I found several articles on AIDS. Each article had a different focus on the AIDS epidemic. Through my research I found out that 70% of the AIDS population are in Africa. I think I will focus my research on that information because I want to know why it is so high there and what is happening there to control it.
I like doing research online, but at the same time it's a little overwhelming. There are so many sources to use that it is hard to find where to start. I'm glad my instructor gave me the idea to use the Britannica Online. The Britannica is a good source to start with and was very easy to use. Also I find it easier for me to print the article and then read it. By doing this it helps me focus more on the article.
